Access to education is a fundamental right.

Unfortunately in some regions, the literacy rate is not yet satisfactory.

Several reasons for this: children living in isolated villages in the mountains with uncertain access during the long winter period, others must participate in the household income ... which keeps them away from the school benches.

This is why ALH contributes to the financing of school studies and the development of local schools.

Schoolchildren in Kathmandu (Nepal)

The earthquake of 2015 left traces that are still palpable today. Many families have lost their homes, children have dropped out of school, families have emigrated and sometimes have been separated. The reconstruction of the country takes time. This is why ALH supports these children who have been able to return to school.
