YOUR DONATION IS DEDUCTIBLE FROM YOUR TAXES (in France)
Donations to ALH give the right to a reduction in income tax of 66% of the amount of the donation, up to a limit of 20% per year of taxable income.
ex: a donation of 100 € will cost you 34 € after tax exemption
In order to protect the confidentiality of your personal data, the ALH association undertakes not to disclose, transmit or share it with other entities, companies or bodies, whatever they may be. The data collected will be kept as long as necessary. In accordance with the provisions of European Regulation n ° 2016/679 / EU of April 27, 2016 applicable from May 25, 2018, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data.
The information collected, during a regular or punctual donation, is necessary to draw up the annual tax receipt of the donor and communicate with him. They are subject to computer processing and are intended for the secretariat of the ALH association.
